Our Osteopaths treat babies, children and adults and can provide special care for pregnant women and athletes. We use a direct, hands on approach for treating musculoskeletal issues and preventing new injuries.

Our pilates teachers are highly experienced and can tailor sessions for pregnancy, injury and peak performance. We love combining evidence based and artful, intuitive care to assist you in achieving better health. We run program series for both pregnancy & postpartum mums & bubs.

Our massage therapists are highly trained and specialise in therapeutic massage, offering deep tissue, sports massage, relaxation, pregnancy & facial massage.

All of our Osteopaths are registered with the Osteopathic Council New Zealand (OCNZ) and ACC accredited providers. You can lodge a new injury claim with an Osteopath without the need to see your GP. Your Osteopath can also refer you for x-rays and ultrasound if required.
